You know, I think for me, especially when new folks are coming into this field, I think the most important thing is your intentions. Check your intentions, and know what they are. You know, if you want to get into harm reduction work because you want to save people, you’re in the wrong place.
You know, what we do is: we provide support, and we give tools to people to make, you know, healthier, better, different decisions. And we love them no matter where we’re at [corrects herself] -er, where they’re at, you know, it’s uh, we’re not here to save people.
