Get out of it if the work that you’re doing is about your ego. This is not ego-based work. This is not about how you are saving people. You’re not an angel, you’re not a saint, you are a human being. And we work hard on the frontlines, but people are responsible for their own healing, and they save themselves. And we are there as coaches, as supports, as resources, as guides, but I don’t take responsibility for the work that my clients do. That’s their work.
So if you’re all here to get awards for being the greatest humans on earth, you’re in it for the wrong reason. Right?
