Public health involves the work with those who are in most vulnerable circumstances, those who are
high risk, and they are also an active part of our society and matters as anybody else. So it should not be
distinctions. Everybody deserves easy access to medical services. Everybody deserves access to harm
reduction, because it’s connected. So it’s something that shouldn’t be part of questioning. It should be
normal. Because it’s human rights and because it’s public health.
