Lifted By The Team

I have my tough days, especially with triggers and those type of things. And it’s nice having another staff, a team member that sees that without me saying anything. Sees that in me. And eases their way into the conversation instead of making me feel uncomfortable about it.
Team is very important and being on the same page as your team, like it’s very, very important because one person can’t do it alone. It’s total team work. It’s nice knowing that you got backup, you know, through the days, through the shifts. Like, whether I’m on or not, I know that I’m supported with my role.
