Amber Fritz, a current TON member, and Lisa Toner, a former TON member, are co-authors of a new report, alongside 10 other individuals.
Changing Circumstances Surrounding Opioid-Related Deaths in Ontario during the COVID-19 Pandemic was released on May 19, 2021, and developed by the Ontario Drug Policy Research Network, Office of the Chief Coroner for Ontario/Ontario Forensic Pathology Service (OCC/OFPS), Public Health Ontario (PHO).
The Outreach Network (TON) consists of front line harm reduction workers from across the province, and is coordinated through OHRN.
